Our purpose is simple. We want to create workplaces that are truly inclusive for everyone; so that everybody has more choice about how they work and are able to access meaningful employment.
We passionately believe that flexible working is the key to driving workplace change. With that at the heart, our events, consultancy and digital products help businesses to create a company culture that supports inclusion, flexibility and progression opportunities, attracting and retaining talented people from all walks of life.
Flexpo was created because we found it almost impossible to combine our respective careers with family life. We feel fiercely passionate about being part of the solution to the issues faced by people who love their career and want to combine it with their unique personal circumstances more successfully.
We’ve both found a strong sense of purpose in our shared goal to change the world of work and make it more inclusive, so it’s a different landscape for our children to go into when they’re older.
