GETTING HERE

Flexpo London 2020 is being held within the Conference Centre at Olympia, London.

The conference centre has its own entrance on Hammersmith Road and is accessed via lifts from the main reception. Head into the Conference Centre Reception on Hammersmith Road, follow the signs to the lifts and head up to level 3. You will be greeted by the Flexpo Registration Area where you can pick up your badge before passing through into the main hall. Within the Flexpo halls you will find catering available for all dietary requirements. There is step free access to Flexpo London. Disabled visitors will have no problems accessing the event. Buggys are also welcome and there is a buggy park.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

London Overground

Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. It’s one stop from Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line). The venue is next to the station. You will need to turn left and walk around the venue ( with the venue on your right) to reach the entrance to the Conference Centre.

District Line

There is only a District line service from Earls Court on weekends. Please check before you travel. When travelling from Monday to Friday, you should change at West Brompton for a 2-minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia). Alternatively, West Kensington is an 8 minute walk away, and High Street Kensington is a 4-minute bus ride or 12-minute walk away.

Central Line

Change at Shepherd’s Bush for a 2-minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

Hammersmith & City Line

Hammersmith Station is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away.

Piccadilly Line

Baron’s Court is a 9-minute walk away from Olympia London.

Circle Line

High Street Kensington is a 4-minute bus ride or 12-minute walk away. Hammersmith Station is a 5-minute bus ride or 15-minute walk away.

District Line

There is only a District line service from Earls Court on weekends. Please check before you travel. When travelling from Monday to Friday, you should change at West Brompton for a 2-minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia). Alternatively, West Kensington is an 8 minute walk away, and High Street Kensington is a 4-minute bus ride or 12-minute walk away.

The following buses all stop within a very short walking distance of the venue:

9 - runs to and from Aldwych and Hammersmith.

23 - runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith.

27 - runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green.

28 - runs to and from Kensal Rise and Wandsworth.

49 - runs to and from White City and Clapham Junction.

391 - runs to and from Fulham and Richmond.

National Express

National Express offer round the clock services into the centre of London.

There are over 1,000 departure points across the UK.

You’ll arrive at London Victoria Coach station. Then simply hop on the District Line to West Brompton, and Kensington (Olympia) is one stop away on London Overground.

It’s easy, affordable and more environmentally friendly than driving alone. You can buy tickets online, call 08750 80 80 80, or visit your local National Express outlet.

BY BIKE

Bike racks are situated near the entrances to the Olympia Grand, Olympia National and Olympia West, these racks are available for anyone to use.

The venue is very well supported by Santander cycles. If you wish to hire a Santander cycle, there are three docking stations (highlighted in blue below) within a five-minute walk of the venue.
