We are saddened by the passing of HRH Prince Phili We are saddened by the passing of HRH Prince Philip on Friday. Our thoughts are with the Queen and her family.

What an EXTRAORDINARY life he lived, spanning so much change and dedicated to serving the nation… and supporting his wife.

‘He would walk behind her. He would give up his job for her.’

Our hat off to you sir.
Today marks the day that this new, difficult life Today marks the day that this new, difficult life began under the clouds of a pandemic.

As we reflect, it’s almost impossible to capture what the experience of the last year has been like. Since Boris announced those words 'You must stay at home,' the last year has been a maelstrom of so many fears, worries, pressures and for much part, a bewilderment as to how much has changed.

But there is hope and we can all see the clouds beginning to clear (in the far-off distance!).

While we (like everyone else) can't wait for some freedoms and ‘normalcy’ to return, we want make sure that some of the few positives of the pandemic- like a shift change in the perception of flexible working- become a permanent fixture in our lives. We want flexible working to become the new normal so that workplaces become fairer, supportive and more inclusive. We feel fiercely passionate about being part of the solution to the issues faced by people who love their career and want to combine it with their unique personal circumstances more successfully. We want everybody to have more choice about how they work, helping them access meaningful and rewarding employment. As we look to 'build back better,' we want to support businesses and help them recognise that flexible working means attracting and retaining more talent and driving greater productivity and success.

There’s a silver lining to this complex and difficult event in our lifetime…..making the world of work more equal for everyone.

And we’re here – for all of it. Willing to work harder than ever to make it happen. And the signs of change are encouraging.

Hooray! YOU DID IT. Hereby ends the last hour of h Hooray! YOU DID IT. Hereby ends the last hour of home schooling. 💃🎉🙏

Congratulations to all you parents and carers who have struggled, fought, coerced, shouted, laughed and juggled your way through 7 weeks and 4 days (plus one half term) of lockdown 3.0 homeschooling.

It’s been brutal at times. You might have felt like a jack of all trades and master of none. You might have thrown in the towel on multiple occasions.

But YOU DID IT. We got through it. And one day we will look back and laugh (without crying.)

CONGRATULATIONS everyone. Never again please…
